30 kW Underground Mining Ventilation Fan Arrives on Site for a 2 km Ventilation Project

September 17, 2026 — A 30 kW underground mining ventilation fan supplied by HNYT has arrived at the customer’s project site for local ventilation over a planned distance of approximately 2 km. The customer requested an energy-efficient, low-noise solution, with environmental performance among the selection priorities. HNYT recommended this fan for the project, and the site photographs record its arrival and unloading as the customer prepares for the next stage of the ventilation installation.

Arrival and Unloading at the Project Site

The site photographs document the handling of the ventilation equipment in an industrial yard. One view shows a green ventilation component on the yellow bed of a delivery vehicle. Another shows the long cylindrical fan assembly suspended above the yard, with its mounting feet and bolted casing sections visible. A third view provides a closer look at the red internal outlet structure and additional ventilation equipment positioned nearby.

These views connect the arrival report with the physical equipment at the site. They show the fan during unloading, before it is connected to a ventilation duct. For the project team, this is the transition from equipment delivery to planning its position, connections and installation sequence.

With the equipment on site, the next stage is to check the delivered configuration against the order and prepare the support, duct interface and electrical connections. Commissioning will then establish the operating airflow, pressure and noise under the actual site conditions. The arrival update records delivery progress; operating performance is assessed after installation and commissioning.

Why the Fan Was Recommended for This Project

For this project, the customer’s approximately 2 km ventilation route made the relationship between fan duty and duct resistance a central selection consideration. HNYT recommended the 30 kW underground mine fan with the customer’s energy-use and noise priorities in mind. The power rating identifies the supplied equipment, while the required airflow, duct diameter, bends and leakage determine the duty that the complete system must meet.

The related FBDY product range uses a panel-type muffler structure to reduce radiated airflow noise. This design approach is relevant to the customer’s preference for quieter ventilation. Matching the fan to the system duty also supports efficient use of electrical power. For the mine owner, the practical objective is to deliver the required ventilation while managing operating costs and noise around the installation; the final results depend on the installed system and its operating conditions.
