Functions
1. Soft start function, when the equipment is in standby mode, press the start button, and the output frequency of the inverter gradually rises from 0Hz to the set operating frequency. During the entire starting process, the impact on the power grid is avoided and soft start is achieved.
2. Wind power locking function, When the main fan stops supplying air, the starter wind power locking output node is disconnected, and the feed switch is controlled to disconnect the power supply of the excavation working face; when the main fan resumes air supply, the feed switch is controlled to resume the excavation. The power supply of the working surface is used to realize the wind power locking function.
3. Locking function before starting
(1) When the gas concentration in the excavation face T1 and return air tunnel T2 exceeds 3.0%: the starting function of the two fans is blocked. If they need to be started, the unlocking button must be pressed manually to start the fans normally.
(2) When the gas concentration of T4 at the fan air inlet exceeds 0.5%: the starting function of the two fans is blocked. If it needs to be started, the unlocking button must be pressed manually to start the fans normally.
4. Locking function during operation. When the gas concentration in T4 of the fan air inlet exceeds 0.5%: the fan operation will be automatically stopped and the starting function of the two fans will be blocked. If it needs to be started, the unlocking button must be pressed manually to start the fan normally.
5. Automatic switching function between main and backup fans. When the main fan fails or is shut down artificially, the main fan outputs a shutdown signal. After the backup fan receives the signal, the equipment automatically delays (the delay time is adjustable) and switches to the backup fan operation; when the backup fan After a fault or manual shutdown, the equipment will automatically delay (the delay time is adjustable) and switch to the main fan operation.
6. Gas electric locking function, when the gas sensor data is higher than the set locking value, the gas electric locking output node of the starter is disconnected, and the feed switch is controlled to disconnect the power supply of the excavation working face; when the gas sensor data reaches the set value When the power restoration value is reached, the feed switch is controlled to restore the power supply to the excavation working face, thereby realizing the gas electric locking function.
7. Alarm function: When the equipment fails during operation, the starter alarm output node is connected to control the externally connected sound and light alarm device to promptly remind relevant personnel.
8. Protection functions, intelligent control switches and frequency converters have various protection functions such as short circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage, phase loss, and leakage.
9. Remote monitoring function, remotely display gas concentration, air volume, negative pressure, temperature, current, voltage, frequency and other data in real time; remotely control the operating mode and operating status of the equipment; remotely query historical data;
