FBY 22kw Underground Press-in Axial Flow Local Fan

The FBY 22kw Underground Press-in Axial Flow Local Fan is a new type of high-efficiency, energy-saving, and low-noise fan that utilizes advanced 3D twisted blades with a combination of forward-curved and swept-back airfoil sections. It is designed for local ventilation in various applications, including metal mines, chemical mines, tunnel projects, and other industrial settings that require ventilation. The fan can be installed above ground as the main ventilation unit or underground for auxiliary ventilation.

The fan utilizes a unique panel-type muffler structure. This innovative design involves encasing the entire flow channel with flexible noise-dampening materials. High-speed airflow passing through the channel excites noise, but the flexible panels significantly reduce the outward radiation of this noise, leading to quieter operation.

To ensure smooth airflow within the fan body, the outer diameters of several key components are meticulously matched. This includes the fan rectifier cap, muffler core, motor base, and rear muffler cone. Maintaining consistent diameters across these elements minimizes flow disturbances within the channel. This not only optimizes the fan’s pressure coefficient but also enhances its delivery rate, ultimately increasing the effective wind distance.

The panel-type muffler employs a clever fixed-end and movable installation system for the noise-dampening cotton. This design allows for easy replacement of the muffler cotton when it reaches the end of its lifespan, ensuring sustained noise reduction throughout the fan’s operation. This feature extends the overall service life of the ventilator.
