FBCZ series mine ground flameproof extraction type axial flow main ventilator is designed and manufactured by our company that using bending-sweep combination orthogonal technology. The ventilator is a new type of high-efficiency, energy-saving main ventilator with a wide range of uses. The design fully considers the ventilation network coefficients of small and medium-sized coal mines

Blade Design

The ventilator fan blades are made of cast aluminum alloy ZL104 and have been heat treated and inspected for flaw detection. The specific strength of aluminum alloy material is 3 times that of ordinary steel, ensuring that the main ventilator will not crack or break during normal operation; the blades adopt orthogonal bending and sweeping combined three-dimensional twisted blade technology, which increases the efficiency by 5%-10% , the noise is reduced by 10-20dB(A).
