FBCDZ Explosion-proof withdrawable counter-rotating axial flow ventilator fan
FBCDZ series main ventilator for mining or tunnel is a new type of high-efficiency, energy-saving, low-noise ventilator suitable for use as the main ventilator in coal mines. Combined with the ventilation network parameters of large and medium-sized coal mines, it is jointly designed and manufactured using curved and swept combined orthogonal technology.

Diffusers and diffusion towers are generally lined with mufflers. According to the user’s requirements, it can be equipped with dampers (vertical gates or butterfly valves), special row mufflers, fan testing devices (testing air ducts, horizontal dampers or shutter valves, etc.), automatic walking devices, electronic control devices, online monitoring and control systems and wireless Personnel duty system, etc.
Advantages 1
The impeller stage adopts a counter-rotating type. Compared with ordinary two-stage axial flow fans, it has fewer front, middle and rear guide vanes, reducing the axial size and reducing losses at the same time.
The main ventilator motor is installed in the flow isolation cavity of the main unit and dissipates heat through four ventilation ducts located in front and behind the motor.

The flow channel is designed according to the principle of optimizing fan efficiency and has a beautiful appearance. The collector line is arc-shaped, and forms a tapered inlet flow channel with the hemispherical fairing, forming a uniform flow field in front of the impeller inlet to reduce flow loss; the diameter of the main unit inner cylinder is consistent with the impeller hub, and the flow channel is smooth No sudden changes; the diffuser adopts a tapered core cylinder, which can reduce aerodynamic noise while recovering dynamic pressure.
Advantages 3: blade
The main fan blades are made of cast aluminum alloy ZL104 and have been heat treated and inspected for flaw detection. The specific strength of aluminum alloy material is 3 times that of ordinary steel, ensuring that the main ventilator will not crack or break during normal operation; the blades adopt orthogonal bending and sweeping combined three-dimensional twisted blade technology, which increases the efficiency by 5%-10% , the noise is reduced by 10-20dB(A).
