Each 55kw axial flow local ventilator fan includes a tower silencer, inlet silencer, double-stage impellers, motor, and an outlet silencer. All key parts use high-quality carbon steel. The airflow system is designed with cold-rolled perforated steel plates, collecting hoods, and guiding cones to optimize flow efficiency.

For noise control, we use ultra-fine glass fiber and oil-impregnated sound insulation felt, wrapped in double-layer perforated panels. These materials reduce both mid-high frequency and low-frequency sound waves effectively.
