Lisez le manuel : Lisez attentivement le manuel d'utilisation avant d'installer et d'utiliser le ventilateur.<\/p><p>2. Conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : Veillez \u00e0 ce que l'installation et le fonctionnement du ventilateur soient conformes aux r\u00e8gles de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en vigueur dans la mine.<\/p><p>3. D\u00e9gagez la zone autour de l'entr\u00e9e d'air : Gardez la zone dans les 10 m\u00e8tres de l'entr\u00e9e d'air du ventilateur libre de tout d\u00e9bris pour \u00e9viter l'obstruction et assurer le bon fonctionnement du ventilateur.<\/p><p>4. Serrez les boulons de fixation : Assurez-vous que tous les boulons de fixation sont bien serr\u00e9s et \u00e9quip\u00e9s de rondelles \u00e9lastiques compl\u00e8tes. Toutes les pi\u00e8ces doivent \u00eatre solidement assembl\u00e9es. Utilisez des boulons antirouille zingu\u00e9s.<\/p><p>5. V\u00e9rifiez les pi\u00e8ces antid\u00e9flagrantes : Inspectez les pi\u00e8ces antid\u00e9flagrantes pour v\u00e9rifier qu'elles ne pr\u00e9sentent pas de fissures ou de d\u00e9fauts susceptibles de compromettre leur fonctionnement. Les moteurs neufs et non utilis\u00e9s ne doivent pas \u00eatre d\u00e9mont\u00e9s pour \u00eatre inspect\u00e9s.<\/p><p>6. Contr\u00f4lez le jeu radial : V\u00e9rifiez le jeu radial entre la roue et l'enveloppe ext\u00e9rieure. Veillez \u00e0 ce que le jeu soit uniforme et repr\u00e9sente 1,5\u2030 \u00e0 3,5\u2030 du diam\u00e8tre de la roue, sans \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1 mm. La roue doit tourner en douceur sans se bloquer.<\/p><p>7. Confirmez le sens de rotation de la roue : Assurez-vous que la roue tourne dans le sens indiqu\u00e9 par la fl\u00e8che sur le bo\u00eetier du ventilateur.<\/p><p>8. Testez la r\u00e9sistance d'isolation : Si le ventilateur a \u00e9t\u00e9 transport\u00e9 sur de longues distances ou stock\u00e9 pendant une longue p\u00e9riode, testez la r\u00e9sistance d'isolation de l'enroulement du stator du moteur, qui doit \u00eatre d'au moins 50 M\u03a9. Si elle est inf\u00e9rieure, augmentez-la en chauffant et en d\u00e9shumidifiant. Si la r\u00e9sistance reste faible, consultez notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pour obtenir une assistance professionnelle. Le ventilateur peut \u00eatre mis en service normal s'il n'y a pas de bruit anormal apr\u00e8s un essai de 30 minutes.<\/p><p>9. Choisissez le bon c\u00e2ble d'alimentation : S\u00e9lectionnez le c\u00e2ble d'alimentation en fonction du courant du moteur et des conditions de travail. Dans les mines de charbon souterraines, utilisez des c\u00e2bles \u00e0 gaine en caoutchouc ignifug\u00e9 en forme de U.<\/p><p>10. Scellez l'entr\u00e9e du c\u00e2ble : Scellez l'entr\u00e9e du c\u00e2ble dans la bo\u00eete de jonction du moteur avec une bague d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 en caoutchouc (duret\u00e9 shore 45-55\u00b0). Veillez \u00e0 ce que le diam\u00e8tre du c\u00e2ble corresponde au diam\u00e8tre du trou de la bague d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. Ajustez le diam\u00e8tre du trou de la bague d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 si n\u00e9cessaire et serrez les boulons pour \u00e9liminer les \u00e9carts.<\/p><p>11. Fixez la connexion du c\u00e2ble : Placez le fil de l'\u00e2me du c\u00e2ble entre les rondelles de l'arc de la borne. Assurez-vous d'un bon contact, d'une connexion fiable et du respect des exigences en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9gagement \u00e9lectrique. La bo\u00eete de jonction \u00e0 6 bornes peut accueillir deux tensions diff\u00e9rentes en changeant la m\u00e9thode de connexion \u00e0 l'aide d'une sangle de connexion.<\/p><p>12. Nettoyez la bo\u00eete de jonction : Apr\u00e8s avoir connect\u00e9 le c\u00e2ble, v\u00e9rifiez qu'il n'y a pas de d\u00e9bris ou de poussi\u00e8re dans la bo\u00eete de jonction. Assurez-vous que la m\u00e9thode de connexion correspond aux sp\u00e9cifications de l'alimentation et de la tension avant de serrer le couvercle de la bo\u00eete de jonction.<\/p><p>13. Mise \u00e0 la terre : Mettez fermement \u00e0 la terre le boulon de mise \u00e0 la terre externe.<\/p><p>14. Inspectez l'\u00e9quipement de d\u00e9marrage : V\u00e9rifiez la connexion correcte de l'\u00e9quipement de d\u00e9marrage et la mise \u00e0 la terre de l'enveloppe ext\u00e9rieure m\u00e9tallique.<\/p><p>15. Contr\u00f4lez le fonctionnement : Assurez-vous qu'il n'y a pas de bruits ou de vibrations anormales pendant le fonctionnement du ventilateur.<\/p><p>16. Utilisez le bon diam\u00e8tre de conduit d'air : Utilisez le diam\u00e8tre maximal du conduit d'air autoris\u00e9 par la section transversale du tunnel. Le diam\u00e8tre du conduit d'air ne doit pas \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur au diam\u00e8tre de la sortie du ventilateur. Chaque section du conduit d'air doit \u00eatre aussi longue que possible et ne pas pr\u00e9senter de fissures. Les changements de direction doivent \u00eatre progressifs afin de minimiser la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la ventilation.<\/p><p>Le respect de ces \u00e9tapes garantit une installation et un
