Este art\u00edculo le ayudar\u00e1.<\/p><p>1. Utilice un meg\u00f3hmetro para comprobar la resistencia del aislamiento del bobinado del motor antes de la instalaci\u00f3n, el funcionamiento y la parada. Cuando la tensi\u00f3n nominal no es superior a 1KV, debe ser superior a 5 M\u03a9; cuando la tensi\u00f3n nominal es superior a 1kV, debe ser superior a 50 M\u03a9.<br \/>2. El cableado del motor del ventilador debe ser correcto, aseg\u00farese de que el cable y el terminal est\u00e1n firmemente conectados, y el ventilador debe estar conectado a tierra de forma fiable.<br \/>3. Antes de poner en marcha el ventilador, aseg\u00farese de que la conexi\u00f3n de las aspas est\u00e1 bien apretada, la conexi\u00f3n entre el impulsor y el eje no debe estar floja, y no debe haber atascos ni ara\u00f1azos al girar el impulsor manualmente.<br \/>4. El ventilador no puede ponerse en marcha ni funcionar cuando el canal de flujo de aire est\u00e1 bloqueado o obturado. Antes de poner en marcha, probar y hacer funcionar el ventilador, aseg\u00farese de que la compuerta o la compuerta de prueba est\u00e1n abiertas.<br \/>5. Antes de la puesta en marcha, la prueba y el funcionamiento del ventilador, deben colocarse advertencias de seguridad en la entrada de aire, el lateral y la caja de conexiones del motor para evitar que las personas se acerquen y entren en contacto; est\u00e1 terminantemente prohibido que las personas ajenas observen y se acerquen. Est\u00e1 terminantemente prohibido situarse en la entrada y salida de aire del ventilador.<br \/>6. Antes de poner en marcha, probar y hacer funcionar el ventilador, aseg\u00farese de que el sentido de giro de cada impulsor del ventilador es correcto.<br \/>7. El desmontaje y montaje de las aspas del ventilador y del motor del ventilador debe realizarse de acuerdo con el par de apriete requerido para cada tornillo en el manual de instrucciones.<br \/>8. Est\u00e1 estrictamente prohibido utilizar un martillo para golpear la cuchilla y el saliente del anillo de retenci\u00f3n.<br \/>9. Siga estrictamente los requisitos de la etiqueta de engrase del cojinete del motor o del manual de instrucciones: ciclo de engrase, cantidad de engrase y marca (no deben mezclarse marcas diferentes) para a\u00f1adir la grasa.<br \/>10. Queda terminantemente prohibido calentar la placa del eje.<br \/>11. Queda terminantemente prohibido desmontar los tornillos de bisagra que unen el disco del eje y la placa de radios del cubo.<br \/>12. Queda terminantemente prohibido utilizar los frenos sin corte de corriente.<br \/>13. Est\u00e1 absolutamente prohibido el funcionamiento de ventiladores en zonas de sobretensi\u00f3n.<br \/>14. Los conductores de ventiladores deben estar formados y cualificados antes de ocupar sus puestos.<\/p><p>Por encima son el punto clave de lo que debe hacer antes de operar el ventilador de
