1.  For short distance ventilation, only need to operate single stage fan. In long distance, operate two stages or multi stages for contra rotating.

2.  Before operate fan, make sure there is no sundries in fan; all fasteners are complete and tightly connected; rotating direction of impeller is correct. Test rotation must be flexible and has no abnormal noise. Inspect often in operation and keep record.

3.  Forbid to hang or place foreign bodies at air inlet side of fan, in case they are sucked in, causing accidents. If protection grate of collector is destroyed, fan is forbidden to operate.

4.  In operation , inspect whether operation voice is normal, whether there are loose parts.

5.  After some time of operation, silencer hole will be blocked by dust, therefore, washing silencer hole with high pressure airflow is necessary, otherwise, the effect of the silencing effect of fan will be affected.

6.  Bearing operating temperature should be not more than 95℃(thermometer method), and operation noise should be normal. Check one time at least every 2500 hours of operation, about one time each half year. If bearing grease gets bad, change it timely. Clean bearing with gasoline before change. It is better to use Molykote grease. Grease quantity added should be 1/2～3/4 of clearance volume of bearing housing. If bearing is damaged, change it timely.

7.  Make sure to protect flameproof surface while disassemble motor. Apply 204-1 anti-rust oil on flameproof surface.

8.  One minor repair every 6 months, one major repair every year.

9.  Fan should be managed, operated, and maintained by professional staff.
