How to store the FBCDZ Series Contra-rotating Axial Flow Main Fan?

How to store the FBCDZ Series Contra-rotating Axial Flow Main Fan?

Proper storage of the FBCDZ Series Contra-rotating Axial Flow Main Fan before installation is crucial to maintain its integrity and functionality. The following guidelines should be strictly adhered to ensure the equipment remains in optimal condition:

1. Indoor Storage for Packed Cargo:

All cargo, including disassembled parts transported separately (such as blades, accessories, spare parts, tools, standard parts, and measurement equipment), should be stored in a warehouse that provides protection against water, sunlight, and theft. This ensures that all components are safeguarded from environmental damage and unauthorized access.

2. Outdoor Storage for Large Parts:

Large parts that can be transported without packing, such as collectors, the main unit, anechoic diffuser barrels, and anechoic diffuser towers, may be stored outside if indoor space is insufficient. These parts should be placed on a flat ground with a 200mm high mat to facilitate water drainage and prevent water accumulation. Additionally, they must be covered with waterproof cloths to protect against moisture and other weather conditions.

3. Motor Storage Precautions:

The motor, being a critical component, must not be stored in the open air under any circumstances. It requires stringent waterproof and moisture-proof measures to prevent damage. Anti-rust treatments should be applied to all unpainted outer surfaces and the shaft extension end to protect against corrosion.

By following these storage guidelines, the FBCDZ Series Contra-rotating Axial Flow Main Fan and its components will remain protected from environmental factors and maintain their readiness for efficient installation and operation.
