How Should Mining Axial Flow Fans Be Stored Before Installation?

Proper storage before installation is crucial for ensuring the integrity and functionality of mining axial flow fans. This article outlines the recommended storage practices:

1. Packed Cargo:

All packaged cargo, including disassembled parts such as blades, accessories, spare parts, tools, standard parts, and measurement equipment, should be stored in a warehouse that is:

Waterproof: Protects against moisture damage.

Sunproof: Prevents degradation from UV radiation.

Anti-theft: Safeguards against theft or vandalism.

2. Large Size Parts:

Large components like collectors, main units, anechoic diffuser barrels, and anechoic diffuser towers can be transported without individual packaging.

If adequate warehouse space is unavailable, these large parts can be placed outdoors on a flat surface.

A 200mm high mat should be placed beneath the parts to facilitate water drainage.

The parts must be covered with a waterproof cloth to protect them from the elements.

By adhering to these storage guidelines, you can effectively safeguard the quality and performance of your mining axial flow fans before they are installed.
