All components, whether packaged or disassembled, should be kept in a secure, dry, and well-ventilated area to avoid damage during storage and transportation. Below are the key storage guidelines for mining axial flow fans and their parts.

Storage Requirements for Packaged Cargo

All items intended for delivery, including disassembled parts such as blades, accessories, spare parts, tools, standard parts, and measurement equipment, should be stored in a waterproof, sun-proof, and anti-theft warehouse. This helps to ensure that the parts remain in good condition and are protected from the elements. If separate transportation is required for any parts, special care should be taken to package and secure them properly to avoid any potential damage during transit.

Storage for Large Parts

Large components, such as the collector, main unit, anechoic diffuser barrel, and anechoic diffuser tower, can be transported without additional packaging. However, if warehouse space is limited, these larger parts should be placed on flat ground outside, raised at least 200mm to ensure proper water drainage. These parts should also be covered with waterproof cloth to protect them from rain and moisture.

Motor Storage Considerations

It is critical to note that the motor should never be stored in the open air. Exposure to outdoor elements can lead to significant damage, especially from moisture. Waterproof and moisture-proof measures must be implemented to protect the motor. Additionally, the unpainted outer surface of the motor and the shaft extension end should be treated with anti-rust measures to prevent corrosion.
