The Mining Flame-Proof 45kW Axial Flow Auxiliary Fan from the FBCZ series is engineered with a unique counter-rotating impeller stage design. This innovative configuration reduces the number of guide vanes needed compared to traditional two-stage fans, resulting in a more compact size and lower energy losses.


The motor is enclosed within a flow isolation cavity and is cooled by four dedicated ventilation ducts. This design ensures the motor operates at optimal performance levels, even in demanding conditions.

Curved Collector Line and Hemispherical Fairing: These elements create a uniform flow field before the impeller, significantly minimizing flow loss.

Seamless Inner Cylinder: The diameter of the inner cylinder matches the impeller hub, maintaining a smooth flow path without abrupt changes, which enhances efficiency.

Tapered Diffuser Core: This component reduces aerodynamic noise while recovering dynamic pressure, contributing to the fan’s overall performance and quiet operation.

The fan blades are made from high-strength cast aluminum alloy ZL104, which has three times the specific strength of regular steel. This ensures the blades will not crack or break under normal operation. Additionally, the blades feature a three-dimensional twisted design that combines orthogonal bending and sweeping.
