Long distance 55kw mining press-in axial flow local fan
The Long distance 55kw mining press-in axial flow local fan is a new type of high-efficiency, energy-saving, and low-noise ventilator suitable for use as the main ventilator in coal mines. Combined with the ventilation network parameters of large and medium-sized coal mines, it is jointly designed and manufactured using curved and swept combined orthogonal technology.
The product has been certified by the national level, and it is believed that “this series of fans has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, compact structure, reliable performance, and convenient installation; the curved and swept combination orthogonal three-dimensional twisted blade technology used is the first in China.
Structures
1. Current collector 2. Primary host group 3. Motor 4. impeller 5. Diffuser
The blades are constructed from ZL104 cast aluminum alloy, a material renowned for its strength. This material offers three times the specific strength of ordinary steel, significantly reducing the risk of cracks or breakage during normal operation.
Each blade undergoes a rigorous heat treatment process to further enhance its strength and durability. Additionally, the blades are meticulously inspected using advanced methods to ensure they are free of any flaws that could compromise performance or safety.
The blades themselves utilize a cutting-edge “orthogonal bending and sweeping combined three-dimensional twisted blade technology.” This innovative design approach optimizes airflow through the fan. Compared to traditional blade designs, this technology delivers a remarkable efficiency improvement of 5% to 10%. This translates to more effective ventilation while consuming less energy.

Application
Coal Mines: In coal mines, underground axial vane ventilation systems are used to remove methane, a highly flammable gas that can cause explosions. They also help to control dust levels, which can lead to respiratory problems for miners.
Metal Mines: In metal mines, underground axial vane ventilation systems are used to remove radon, a radioactive gas that can increase the risk of lung cancer. They also help to control heat levels, which can be a major safety hazard in deep mines.
Quarrying Operations: In quarrying operations, underground axial vane ventilation systems are used to remove dust and fumes generated by crushing and grinding operations. They also help to control heat levels, which can be a major safety hazard in quarries.
Advantages
1. Enhanced efficiency and energy savings: The fan’s unique two-stage, contra-rotating impeller design effectively accelerates airflow, leading to higher wind pressure and efficiency compared to traditional single-stage axial fans.
2. Reduced noise levels: The fan incorporates a comprehensive noise reduction system, including a front silencer, anechoic main unit, anechoic diffuser, and soundproof outer barrel filled with sound-absorbing cotton.
3. Sturdy and durable construction: The fan’s welded steel plate barrel and structural parts provide a robust and durable framework, ensuring long-lasting operation in harsh underground mining environments. The tight structure, featuring flange bolts connecting each air duct section and a direct impeller-to-motor connection, enhances overall rigidity and stability.
