1. Panel-Type Muffler Structure
The fan employs a panel-type muffler structure, where the entire outer part of the flow channel is lined with flexible materials. This design significantly reduces the noise radiated outside the body by the high-speed airflow, making the operational noise of the fan relatively soft and less intrusive.
2. Consistent Outer Diameters
The outer diameters of the rectifier cap, muffler core, motor base, and rear muffler cone are designed to be consistent. This ensures a smooth flow channel within the fan body, enhancing the pressure coefficient and increasing the air delivery rate and wind distance.
3. Replaceable Muffler Cotton
The panel-type muffler structure uses a combination of fixed and movable installation forms for the muffler cotton. This allows the muffler cotton to be easily replaced when necessary, ensuring sustained muffling efficiency and extending the service life of the ventilator.
