FBCZ extraction type 7.5kw flameproof mine axial flow main ventilator is a new generation of high-efficiency, energy-saving ventilation fans designed and manufactured by our company using cutting-edge bending-sweep combination orthogonal technology. This ventilator is specifically tailored to the ventilation needs of small and medium-sized coal mines, with its design carefully considering the unique ventilation network coefficients of these mines. However, its applications extend far beyond coal mines. The FBCZ 5.5kw fan is also suitable for large-volume mines utilizing comprehensive mining machinery, as well as various factories and mines requiring ventilation systems in metal and chemical industries.

The FBCZ series underground axial flow fan features a unique counter-rotating impeller stage design. This reduces the number of guide vanes needed compared to traditional two-stage fans, resulting in a more compact size and lower energy losses.

The motor is housed within a flow isolation cavity and cooled by four dedicated ventilation ducts, ensuring optimal performance.

The flow channel is meticulously designed for both efficiency and aesthetics. The curved collector line and hemispherical fairing create a uniform flow field before the impeller, minimizing flow loss. The diameter of the inner cylinder seamlessly matches the impeller hub, maintaining a smooth flow path without abrupt changes. Finally, the tapered diffuser core reduces aerodynamic noise while recovering dynamic pressure.

High-strength cast aluminum alloy ZL104 is used for the fan blades. This material boasts three times the specific strength of regular steel, ensuring the blades won’t crack or break under normal operation. Additionally, the blades utilize a three-dimensional twisted design that combines orthogonal bending and sweeping, achieving a 5-10% efficiency improvement and a 10-20dB(A) noise reduction.
