Long distance mining tunnel application ventilation fan
Long distance ventilation fan is a type of ventilator with large air volume, high wind pressure, high efficiency and energy saving. It is mainly used for tunnel construction and other underground construction ventilation, but also for metal mines, chemical mines and other places that need ventilation.
The max ventilation distance can be at 10KM.
Power from 1.1kw~75kw.
Design advantages
- The aerodynamic design of the ventilator adopts the curved and swept combination orthogonal three-dimensional twisting technology, which greatly improves the performance parameters of the ventilator: the efficiency is increased by 10% ~ 15%, and the noise is reduced by 10 ~ 20dB(A).
The rear-stage impeller also has the function of a stationary blade in an ordinary axial fan. While obtaining a straight circumferential velocity component, it increases the energy of the airflow, thereby achieving higher wind pressure and efficiency, and meeting the requirements of ultra-long-distance air supply .
- The fan adopts a panel-type muffler structure. The entire outside of the flow channel of the fan is made of flexible materials, which greatly reduces the noise radiated outside the body by high-speed airflow. The noise when the fan is running is also relatively soft.
